RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days, after you have received your shipment. This is ample time for you to determine any issues which qualify for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards, the purchased value is redeemable over the course of multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero (AUD).
- Downloadable software products, however, limited assistance will be provided if you need it.
- Some health and personal care items for sanitary reasons cannot be returned after purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This would normally be your order number, name, email and last 4 digits of the payment card used at the time of purchase, or your crypto send address, etc, to identify you as the correct customer.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Your contract of sale is with Rayders Goods (RaydersGoods.com).

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened, unless sold as "second hand" or "2nd hand"..
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, only by prior communication with us to inform us of your intention and detailed issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Processing time may vary, depending on your bank or financial institution.

Cryptocurrency refunds will be processed at the amount paid in Our local currency on the date and time of purchase at the current rate of exchange, less fees incurred. Email me at Ray@RaydersGoods.com to begin this process, if required. Alternatively, We can issue you a credit via means of store Gift Cards, to the value of your original purchase amount. Please indicate your desired method in your email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 14 days, first check your bank balance. Refunds are normally processed within 10 days.
Then contact your credit card company and bank, ask them if there is any delay with your transaction, using the reference number provided by us.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Ray@RaydersGoods.com, with subject heading: "Late Refund - Order# ......  " (fill in your order number)

RMA Exchanges (if applicable) / Sending your Retun Shipping:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you receive your shipment with signs of damage, accept the shipment from the courier.

Please take photographs of the carton before opening and then open the carton to inspect the product itself. Most of the time, the product is not damaged, but if it is, please contact us immediately.

Contact process: Email Ray@RaydersGoods.com with Subject: "Order number #???? - RMA Request:.. Include your photos of the carton and product as necessary in the email. Waif for our response.

Once your Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) is approved, we will pay for and book a courier https://www.aramex.com.au/ (previously Fastway) to pick up from your house and bring it directly to Rayders Goods. Please keep any non-damaged products. They are yours. Only return DAMAGED product. You need to place the damaged product(s) back in the original carton, seal the box with packaging tape and write "RMA??????" clearly with permanent marker on the outside of the box. Don't forget to attach the Shipping address (label) provided when your RMA is approved (see below).

To allow you preparation time, we will book the courier for the second business day. For example, if it is approved on Monday, Your courier will be booked for Wednesday which will give you enough time to prepare. Please ensure it is ready when the courier driver arrives. Somebody in your household or business must be available on the day the courier is booked to collect to hand the carton to the driver.

IMPORTANT: After your RMA courier is booked, we will send you an email with your shipping label to allow the product to be returned to us. Print the label onto A4 paper, then fold the label into A5 size and place that with the carton (the courier driver should have spare plastic sleeves so it can be attached to the carton).

Note: If the product is found to be in good condition and not faulty after we receive it, you may be invoiced for the cost of the RMA courier.

When the RMA is received at Rayders Goods, it will be assessed and you will be contacted via email (reply to the original RMA request). We will give you the option for REFUND or REPLACEMENT or STORE CREDIT via Gift Card. Note however, if there is no local inventory for your product, it will need to be returned to the factory / supplier and replaced by the factory. Of course, products with local inventory will be sent to you within two days of successful RMA approval.
